Fruit Punch

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 ml pineapple juice (canned)
  • 30 ml orange juice
  • 30 m mango juice
  • 15 ml fresh cream
  • 10 ml soda
  • A dash of rose syrup
  • 4 ice cubes

For Garnishing

  • 1 slice each sweet
  • lime, cherry & pineapple

METHOD

  • Put the ice cubes in a tumbler glass.
  • Add pineapple juice, mango juice and orange juice to the glass.
  • Add rose syrup and stir gently.
  • Float with beaten cream and top it with soda.
  • Served garnished with cherry, pineapple and sweet lime slices.
