INGREDIENTS

  • 8 cups fresh yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 cup mixture of orange segments, grapes and bananas

METHOD

  • Hang yogurt in a thin cloth to remove water. Keep for at least 4 hours to drain out completely.
  • Take out the yogurt in a pan, mix powdered sugar, cardamom powder and fruit pieces.
  • Keep in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
  • Take care that yogurt should not become sour.
