Banana Kiwi Shake
Ingredients
- 1 medium banana, peeled and quartered
- 1 medium kiwi, peeled and halved
- 1 cup butter milk
- 4-5 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Lemon wedges for decoration
Method
- Put all the above ingredients in a blender and blend
to a smooth paste.
- Cover and refrigerate for few minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges on it.

Mango Milk Shake
Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed mangoes
- 1/2 liter milk
- 6-8 tsp granulated sugar
- Few ice cubes
Method
- Put cubed mango pieces with 1/4 cup of milk in a
blender and run for 15 seconds or until mango pieces get
crushed to a smooth paste.
- Add rest of milk, sugar, ice cubes and blend for
another 30 seconds.
- Serve chilled in tall glasses.

Fruit Punch
Ingredients
- 30 ml pineapple juice (canned)
- 30 ml orange juice
- 30 m mango juice
- 15 ml fresh cream
- 10 ml soda
- A dash of rose syrup
- 4 ice cubes
For Garnishing
- 1 slice each sweet
- lime, cherry & pineapple
Method
- Put the ice cubes in a tumbler glass.
- Add pineapple juice, mango juice and orange juice to
the glass.
- Add rose syrup and stir gently.
- Float with beaten cream and top it with soda.
- Served garnished with cherry, pineapple and sweet
lime slices.
