Mango Yogurt
Ingredients
For Ice Cream
- 1 1/2 cup cold milk
- 3/4 tin condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cup cream
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
For Chocolate Sauce
- 1/4 tin condensed milk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 50g unsalted butter
Method
Ice Cream
- Combine condensed milk, milk and vanilla essence in
a bowl.
- Whip up the cream lightly and fold into the above mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a freezing tray and freeze till
the mixture is half set.
- Remove from freezer and beat until smooth. Return to
tray and freeze until firm.
Ice Chocolate Sauce
- Combine milk and cocoa and stir to paste.
- Add condensed milk and unsalted butter. Heat over medium
flame till thick enough and glossy.
- Serve ice cream with hot chocolate sauce.

Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced fresh mango
- 1/2 cup chilled orange juice
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 cups milk (chilled)
- 1 tbsp Garden rose petals,
Method
- Combine diced mango, orange juice & honey in food processor. Blend for 1 1/2
minutes. Keep aside.
- Pour milk into processor & process till it has expanded & become frothy.
- Add the mango puree to the milk and process for about 1 minute.
- Pour into glasses with some ice cubes. Garnish with the rose petals if desired.
- Serve immediately.
